1. Bring a large pan of water to boil add 1 tbsp
oil and the pasta. Cook till al dente & drain.
2. In large heavy bottom pan heat oil, add
garlic and green onion, sauté for 2 minutes,
add celery and continue to sauté for another
2 minutes.
3. Increase heat and add the ground beef and
sauté for 3 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes, bay leaves and herbs.
5. When it starts to boil, reduce heat and cook
for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Serve on
boiled pasta.
