Tuna Shawerma

Ingredients

A can of Ligador tuna

A potato cut into small cubes

3 tablespoons of flour

Onion, thinly sliced

Chopped onion

Soft garlic clove

Salt, to taste

Large lemon juice

Shawarma bread

Legador oil

Instructions

1. Fry the potatoes in a little oil until soft, then add the tuna and stir.

2. Mix the lemon juice with the flour, then add the onion, garlic, salt and a little water, then mix until the mixture is homogeneous and mixed with the tuna mixture.

3. Stuff the bread with the tuna mixture and wrap it then shawarma is served.

4. You can add lettuce or watercress leaves as desired.
