White rice with peas

Ingredients

A pack of legador green peas

Two cups of Legador basmati rice

A cup of finely chopped carrots.

A tablespoon of Ligador oil or ghee

Spices (a pinch of white pepper, salt, a pinch of ginger).

Two cups of hot water.

Instructions

1. Put the ghee in a saucepan on the fire, add the carrots and spices and stir, then add the peas after the carrots are cooked, while stirring.

2. Add the water until the ingredients boil, put the rice, stir and cover the saucepan, and leave it on a very low heat for twenty minutes.

3. Pour the rice, after leveling, into a serving bowl
