Spaghetti Meat Balls

Ingredients

500 gms Legador spaghetti
1 bag frozen cooked meatballs
¾ cup shredded parmesan
¼ cup olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 jar cheese sauce
1 can of Italian style tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
black pepper to taste, freshly ground
salt to taste

Instructions

1. Boil spaghetti and drain, rinse under cold water.
2. In a large pan heat half of oil and brown meat balls from all sides. Take out and put on side.
3. In the same pan add a little more oil and brown onions and garlic. Add jar of cheese sauce and tomatoes. Mix well and let it simmer for 1 minutes.
4. Add meatballs to sauce and simmer on low for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Adjust seasoning and add chopped parsley before removing from heat.
6. Serve spaghetti with meatballs and sauce on plate or a bowl.
