Chicken biryani with basmati rice

Ingredients

A whole chicken, cut into four

Two cups of Legador basmati rice

Salt, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic

Half a teaspoon of curry

Half a teaspoon of turmeric

Half a teaspoon of Indian masala spices

Masala spices are: a tablespoon of cardamom – a stick of crushed cinnamon – 2 tablespoons of cumin seeds – a teaspoon of cloves – 2 teaspoons of black pepper seeds – a teaspoon of grated nutmeg – 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds

3 tomatoes, chopped

2 carrots grated

2 onions, medium size

a cup of yogurt

Instructions

1. Marinate the chicken by adding salt, garlic, curry, turmeric, masala spices, salsa and yogurt

2. In a pot of oil, we put the chicks until they are just half, and the tomatoes are cooked for 5 minutes, until they are close to level, and add washed and filtered rice and boil the fire until they are equal.
